Lovely and soft in texture, they are easy for wee ones still learning to bite and chew. Potato, Broccoli & Cheese Tots

These ‘tots’ have been one of the favourites amongst our children whilst
testing these recipes. They’re soft, very tasty and so easy to make. Perfect as a lunch box finger food or with dinner. The broccoli could be substituted for peas or well cooked beans; just be sure to blitz to a smooth(ish) texture and keep the ratio to potato the same as in the recipe below. Yum!
