Breakfast is often the last meal of the day we introduce to our wee ones and for some reason it can often be the meal that many of us struggle to come up with new ideas for to keep things interesting and varied for our children.

Introducing What's for Breakfast? Our collection of breakfast recipes to help answer this common question.

We’ve really enjoyed putting this collection of recipes together, ensuring each and every one is well tested and gets the tick of approval from our wee ones. We also know that time is everything when you’re a parent so we’ve ensured that each recipe is either quick and easy to put together in the morning or can be prepared the night before. A combination of spoon and finger food options, we hope you and your little ones enjoy this collection of breakfast recipes as much as we did creating them.

What age are these recipes suitable from? Once you have introduced all ingredients separately and they are well tolerated by your little one, they are ready for the recipes in this collection. For most babies, this will be by the time they are around Stage Three, or approximately 8-9 months.

For more information on the various developmental stages of eating your baby will pass through, and how and when to transition them, see our resource;
